- Go to Xilnex Portal https://portal.xilnex.com/
USERNAME: pos.admin1@roasters.com.ph
PASSWORD: 123456
- ANY OUTLET IS OKAY
- SEARCH USER MANAGEMENT ON UPPER RIGHT
- THEN CLICK USER LIST
- LOOK FOR THE MANAGER’S ACCOUNT THEN DOUBLE CLICK
- SCROLL DOWN AND CHANGE SHIFT MANAGER TO CASHIER THEN SAVE
- GO TO POS AND RE-OPEN XILNEX APP
- LOGIN THE ACCOUNT YOU CHANGED THEN CHECKOUT (IF NOT WORKING RESTART POS THEN TRY AGAIN)
- AFTER CHECKOUT, GO BACK TO XILNEX PORTAL AND CHANGED IT BACK TO SHIFT MANAGER AGAIN
- RE-OPEN XILNEX APP ON POS THEN SYNC AGAIN.
REGISTERING MAGCARD ON POS:
- LOG IN ADMIN ACCOUNT

- GO TO SETTINGS (3 MINUS SIGN ON UPPER LEFT)
- GO TO USER MANAGEMENT THEN SELECT USER LIST
- LOOK FOR THE MANAGER ACCOUNT THEN SELECT EDIT BUTTON
- ADD MAGNETIC CARD
- *REGISTRATION PROMPT* THEN SWIPE MAG CARD CLICK OKAY THEN APPLY.
- LOG OUT ADMIN ACCOUNT
- GO TO LOGIN THEN SELECT *PIN ACCESS* THEN SWIPE MAGCARD AGAIN TO LOGIN
NO CASHIER NAME TO ASSIGN / DIRECT LOG IN ON F&B POS:
- ASK FOR UPDATED WEBYTES
- COPY UPDATED PATCH OF WEBYTES (*RELEASEINFO, *RBS_RETAILPOS.EFS)
- GO TO DRIVE C:
- GO TO WEBBYTES FOLDER THEN PASTE UPDATED PATCH
- RESTART POS
- OPEN XILNEX APP THEN SYNC
