Note:  Follow the procedures. Don't miss a step. So that the receipt number will not reset to 0


1. Exit the Aloha POS software (make sure that there’s no running aloha on the POS)

 

2. Open “Advanced System Properties” then click “Environment Variables”


3. Click “New” on the System Variables

 
4. Input the following details then click “OK”


5. Verify the details then click “OK”


6. Create a folder “C:\counterbin”, copy and paste the “c:\counter.bin”

 

7. Reboot the POS.
