HOW TO INSTALL AND CONFIGURE SYNOLOGY DRIVE CLIENT FOR STORE’S ALOHAQS/TS AND REPORT UTILITY FOLDERS
Note: Before performing these steps, make sure that you already changed the counter.bin directory
1. Install Report Utility Drive Mapping

Edit the mapreport.bat and input the following details
Replace “kr-test1” with the appropriate POS Name of the store
Input only the number of POS
Save and exit
Press Window key + R and command "Shell:common startup"
Paste "mapreport.bat" then run as administrator
Open “My Computer” and verify that the mapping of drive is successful.
2. Download and Install Synology Drive Client

3. Configure Synology Drive Client
Click “Start Now”
Input the following details then click “Next”
Click “Proceed Anyway”
Select “Sync Task” then click “Next”
Click “Change” to select Folder to sync from NAS
Expand “Team Folder” and “AlohaFTP”
Select the Store to sync then click the +folder icon
Rename the folder to “AlohaQS” or “AlohaTS” then click “OK”
Click “Change” to select the “AlohaQS” or “AlohaTS” local folder
Locate the “AlohaQS” or “AlohaTS” local folder
Make sure to uncheck the “Create an empty SynologyDrive folder” then click “OK”
Verify the details
Click “Advanced”
Navigate to “Sync Mode” tab
Select “Upload data to Synology Drive Server only”
Make sure to check “Keep locally …” and “Enable advanced …” then click “Apply”
Click “Done”
4. How to add/create another folder to backup
Click “+Create”
Click “Next”
Click “Change” to select Folder to sync from NAS
Expand “Team Folder” and “AlohaFTP”
Select the Store to sync then click the +folder icon
Rename the folder to “ReportUtility” then click “OK”
Click “Change” then locate the “Genie Technologies Inc” folder
Make sure to uncheck the “Create an empty Synology Drive” folder
Click “OK”
Verify the details
Click “Advanced”
Navigate to “Sync Mode” tab
Select “Upload data to Synology Drive Server only”
Make sure to check “Keep locally deleted …” and Enable advanced …” then click “Apply”
Click Done
Repeat the process of adding backup for Aloha DS interface and SDM Client (if applicable)

Folder to sync name : AlohaDSInterface
Local folder : “D:\BootDrv\Aloha”
SDM Client
Folder to sync name : SDMClient
Local folder : “C:\SDMClient”
Reapeat the process of adding backup for POS counter.bin

Folder to sync name : POS1
Local folder : “K:\counterbin”
POS2 (if applicable)
Folder to sync name : POS2
Local folder : “L:\counterbin”
POS3 (if applicable)
Folder to sync name : POS3
Local folder : “M:\counterbin”
POS4 (if applicable)
Folder to sync name : POS4
Local folder : “N:\counterbin”
POS5 (if applicable)

Local folder : “O:\counterbin”
