EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTS

     -This is their access as a cashier or manager so that they can transact. at the store POS.


These are the Steps on how to create new employee account's:

 

GO TO ALOHA MANAGER

  MAINTENACE
1.Labor
2.Employee
-complete filling up the information of the employee
                    (First and last name of new employee)

               *Number (ex. mades, gladys mae 0919)

                   -just make sure the code starting 09

               *Social sec. CODE 

                   -9# or characters for new employee's code

               *full name of new employee accounts


AFTER FILLING THE INFORMATION GO TO JOB CODES
3.JOB CODES
    *SERVER
       >click the ⇲ sign then click the designated position of the new accounts.

4.TAX

    * click the Gender of New Employee accounts

5.Save the new acct. of employee
