1. SDM 

   -Close all tabs (Ibercfg, SDCC, aloha delivery, SDM) 

   -Restart application must be in order

        1. Ibercfg 

         2. Aloha Delivery 

         3. SDDC



2.CHECK IP

   -Windows+R

   - arp -a



3.UPDATE WEBSITE

   -Remote the Store

   -Go to Aloha Manager

   -Maintenance >  Messages > Guest Check 

  - Change or put our new website/website receipt in ALL POS.



4.TIME AND DATE ERROR

   -Click Time and Date

   -Correct time and date

   -Then Ok

   -Up the POS

   -Check the Time and Date if already correct.



5. BIOMETRICS (Bio-logs)

  -Remote The Store

  -Go to Computer >localdisc (D) > bioextract > Manual ( change the date and True then Save)

  -BioExtractFS800u to check

 -Tell the Store to wait Atleast 30mins.



6. GRIND SALES

  -Go to the Server

  -Windows+R type cmd

 -D: 

  -cd bootdrv > alohaqs >bin (then enter)

-cd bootdrv > alohaqs >bin >grindq /data (date)
