The Sodexo Mobile Pass is a gift certificate in the form of a 10-digit code that can be instantly sent and received through SMS, e-mail or the Mobile Pass app. It also can expired within 3-5 seconds and need to generate a new code.

This is the Step by Step on how to Redeem/Check a mobile pass:

1. Log-in account

2. Ask what store and branch

 - Make sure that the Branch and Brand are correct.

 -If you already check the Brand and Branch, click the TRANSACTION (below the branch) and you will see this



3. Enter the Code (Click the RED ARROW/Enter).


NOTES:

- If you already enter the code and didn't show up to the types of Sodexo Mobile Pass, check again/Click both side (Sodexo+ Transaction or Mobile Pass Transaction)

- If you enter the code then "INVALID" was show up, it means you need to generate another code

    *Tell to the store that the code is already Invalid and need to generate another code. 


4. Go to Report Center to check if the code is already redeemed

-Go to Redemption Report


-Check the Store, Code, the given Amount and if already REDEEMED.

     - Send it to the Store for their Reference.
